I just bought a cheap Savage 93r17 Friday. Just something to kinda explore the caliber since I had e no experience with the cartridge. I was supposed to go shoot it yesterday but weather put a damper on things. I'm excited to get some rounds through it though after watching some videos of people with some better setups. One guy has a video of him taking out a rabbit at something like 280 yds. That's just incredible to me with a bullet that light.

I like the .17WSM better. I have a marlin .22 mag and love it but I would rather have the WSM. Anyone have one to get rid of?

Yeah, I don't shoot mine much, either. Every time I see some for sale, I buy a couple boxes.

I'm quite certain this is not an accurate statement.
Hornady makes rimfire in Grand Island, NE, Rem in MN, Winchester in Oxford, MS...
