Just pick one and see what happens. Seems way more rewarding that way when you finally land the big one

If you're throwing a spinner bait/rattle trap for them those Florida bass murder gold over chrome for some reason. A gambler EZ Swimmer is a staple around there too for the big ones

I live in the Orlando metro and while I haven't fished this specific lake I do fish similar lakes that are man made with little to no structure.

As John_V said gold is great color for any bait as the big bass devour golden shiners. If this lake has them then fishing is easy - find the shiners and the bass will be lurking somewhere nearby like lions following gazelles.

During the day I like to fish a combination of prop baits, Carolina rig, crankbait/rattle trap. For me the goal is to cover water fast then see if you can pattern them.

Another key is that it is the rainy season so look for pipes/drains, after a rain shower they may school up in the moving water.

Since I assume you are on vacation the best option might be to fish at night. Bass can get stagnant during the day if the water temperature is too high. However they may be more active at night. Suggest a 8-12 inch worm (purple, blue or black) or a dark top water bait. Work the big worm very slow...

Best of luck to you and have fun.
