Anyone here using a red feeder light for hog hunting?

If so. What brand and model did you purchase?

We tried red and green. Green seems to work better.
I know people say the pigs and deer can’t see the light, but that’s bs. I watch the little ones playing and eating corn right under it. The big hogs will stay in the dark at times. I see deer look up at the lights when they come on and off.
They both are better than white light though.
Also, we can make out more details w the green than the red. And, green penetrates the shadows much better than red. That means given the same light, bigger kill zone.
We use the Elusive solar lights on Amazon. Set them on 10% light all the time and gradual full when motion is detected. They have all sorts of program settings to fit your thoughts.
About 150 bucks on Amazon. They work well and last. Only one I’ve replaced in two years was busted up in a hail storm.
