Don't think anyone has mentioned bat bugs. Little bed bug looking frickers. Once their food source is gone, they will move down into the house.

Wait until it is a legal time before you stop them from entering your chimney. Install bat boxes away from your house before you evict them. Prosper from the free mosquito control.

If you’re in Arkansas, convince them it’s the super regionals and the bats won’t show up.
