Cook books are what I was thinking. I have the meat eater cookbook, and it is really cool.

I haven't heard of the Duck, Duck, Goose, but it has 5 stars on Amazon.

The same guy who did the duck duck goose (hank shaw who as previously mentioned is awesome) has several more for other meats: "buck, buck, moose" and "pheasant, quail, cottontail".
