There’s a lot proprietary parts on the HAM’R. I have a feeling it will end up just like the 30 Remington AR.

At $3000 for the base rifle, and $79 a box for the high end rounds, it will hammer your wallet.

I hunt with one of the owners of AA from time to time. He told me he'd give me the employee discount if I ever wanted one of those.

I would have taken him up on the offer if I could have it in my house

I built one more or less for shits and giggles and hogs. It definitely does a good job on anything under 200 yards. It’s pretty much like walking up and hitting your target with a 10# maul.
I went with a Tromix/ Teppo Jutsu rifle after having several discussions with Marty ter Weeme
It is a niche rifle that standard rifles can probably do a better than but oh well it’s fun. 600 grain suppressed subs are instant grin inducers
Only really knock is ammo prices which are pretty high for quality ammo
