Run a bunch of coon traps and sell fresh coons in down town Gloster. Gotta make that water bill somehow

You would have to be rich and buy it for private use because at that price it would never float itself as a self sustaining business.

Hell at 30yr fixed 4.55% nothing down, no pmi, no property tax or insurance figured you are looking at $76,539.00 per month. That would equate to having to sell 153 hunts at $6000 each not even taking into account the upkeep of a ranch like that I bet their feed bill is close to $50k a year not to mention everything else that goes into a place like that. I would suspect it takes well over $100k to operate. If only i had hit the mega millions
