2017 Z71 leveling question

Ok guys, this will be a little long so I apologize in advance. I am looking to get new shocks and struts for my 2017 Z71. I want the Bilstein 5100 shocks and adjustable struts. My truck currently has a leveling kit on it. I'm pretty sure it is the 2" Rough Country kit. The truck has 33x12.50 R 18s on it. The truck is pretty close to level. Just slightly taller in the rear. My question is: Do I leave the leveling kit on and set the 5100s to the stock position or get rid of the leveling kit and raise the 5100s where I want them. Also, does anyone know if I should raise them to the highest setting or the next to highest? Will these settings be close to the front end height I have now. I've read where some say don't set the 5100s in the highest setting because the ride will be harsh. Others have said it didn't make a difference. So many different opinions out there. Just wondering if anyone could help me out because I would hate to do this one way and not like it. Sorry for the long post. I'm also going to 275/70 R18 KO2s. So they will be a little narrower than the 33x12.50s.

Leave leveling kit. Add shocks. Don’t max out. My opinion. Used to have a 2017 set up that exact way.

Thanks for the input. Do you think it affects the ride any with the Bilsteins in the stock position with the leveling kit?

I actually was surprised how “stock” the ride was after the level and shocks. I did adjust them a little higher and the ride definitely changed. But not necessarily for the worse. Just different. I preferred stock shocks with 2” level.

same set up on an older F150 truck that is hitting the 100k mile mark.
Dealer said I needed new shocks and struts and quoted about $1,500.
So why wouldn't i do what OP is suggesting and raise the truck about 2" overall?
