Not a bad day at all. This weather should make this season a guessing game.

My dad fished around there yesterday and said water was 63 degrees by the afternoon. Coldest he saw was 59.

He caught 10 keepers but close to 30 total fish. A bunch of small ones, which is unusual for that area this time of year.

I'm heading to Toledo this weekend to prefish the BOSS tournament series. Any updates on feeding patterns?

Lately, its been the Jig. Location and presentation are big keys, along with accuracy and precision. Precision can make all the difference in the world, especially when fish are finicky or in hard-to-reach areas.

Nothing can beat the legendary "Toledo Jig Bite". If it's happening it's happening and I can garantee you it IS HAPPENING. How's the water temp and clarity south of old penn bridge?

Bossier, I thought this was the official Toledo thread. What's' the deal with all these topwaters making their own threads? That's some bullshite.

The cloudy spinner bait bite has been key for me. Locate a shallow creek arm or flat with stumps (Polarized sunglasses will help you detect submerged cover.)
