How much meat comes off of one that big?

Alot of people only like to mess with the tail meat. On a gator that big, assuming its around 700-800 lbs you will only get about 50 lbs of tail meat. The rest pretty much needs to be cubed, ground meat for sausage. Looking at another 60-80 lbs. So about 110-130 lbs of meat total.
