Best morning of the year so for, didn’t see one so fig I would kick if off for everyone at work.

Hardwood ridge at edge of pine thicket. Hunting an old 9pt that roams through once every 4-5 days. Wind direction has been so screwed up i haven't got to hunt anywhere near as much as I'd like.
This was my view a week or so ago. Had about 10 minutes of the sun coming through like this and was in heaven.

Good luck everyone that doesn’t hunt next to me. It’s a frosty one this morning
I choked yesterday evening. Huge black coyote at about 175 yards and for some reason I aimed high for bullet drop
On the bright side I was able to smoke a female that was with him when she took off running. One less killer in the woods
