They will circle and come from down wind if you rattle. Here in East Texas all we manage to rattle are small bucks.
Add some grunts and some grinding of the antlers when you rattle from what I have been told.

The wind is absolutely dead calm this afternoon and forgot my grunt call at home 
I keep hearing movement in the woods in one direction but nothing is stepping into the field. I'm guessing they are winding me being that the tree line is only 30 yards from my stand.
