Oaks in the middle of some thick stuff; persimmon tree dropping fruit 20 yards away
It was crazy yesterday so I’m going back today. It was one of the most fun non-rut hunts I’ve had. I saw several shooter bucks but only one came close enough for a shot. He just wouldn’t come into an opening. I saw double digit deer overall. I’m going to move over about 40 yards to the other side of the persimmon tree overlooking the path most of them took.
