I'm sorry but the credibility of a congressional subcommittee hearing is not very high in my book. What has come out of a congressional subcommittee hearing has everything to do with politics and little to do with science. The dispersent has extremely low toxicity. Everyone is going to be relatively fine. The oceans are not dieing. The fish are still swimming. The crabs are still molting. And, whenever the government decides to stop fricking it up, the fishermen and drillers will get back to doing what they always did before.

Wow you would think something the media blew their lids about would issue a front page retraction to let everyone know how safe the gulf really is... no?
