At least the current is pushing it away from Dularge. Selfish, but oh well.

Looks like they moved the Closure line a little bit further south. Bout to pack up the boat, grab the wife and kids and head to the camp. Gotta get it while we can.

there were some pics on rodnreel.com posted by Capt. Tommy Pellegrin in Terrebonne Bay, it didn't look good. A mat of big clumps of oil.

Wanted to update-the organizer of our trip went down to Cocodrie Wednesday, and Johnny's wife told him they would give a full refund of the deposit, no questions asked. I'm sure it helps that he has a camp at Coco and is down there a lot, but I wanted to post this (somewhat shocking to me) update. Fwiw, he talked with them about rescheduling to later in the summer and they were very pessimistic that we would be fishing the outside (beaches) anytime this summer.
