It is hard to tell on some maps, but what area are Lake Merchent and Sister Lake in?

I know some of you guys are pretty rabid fishermen like I am. I am wondering about something I haven't seen discussed. Two of our most important links in the food chain in our area are mullet and pogies, both surface feeders. This floating slick cannot be good for them. Neither appear to be the brightest bulbs in the sea-will they sense a problem and relocate (inside maybe)? Loss of this forage could be easily as devastating long-term as an actual fish kill of the target species.

Good point. I hope I am wrong but this is going to hurt fishing for many years to come.
