In our hospital all they do is deny deny deny for acute or sub-acute short-term physical rehabilitation.

I’m an Occupational therapist in a nursing home, you’re lucky to get 7 days of rehab after your grandpas breaks his hip if he’s on a managed Medicare program

I know of some too! But don’t tell me advantage plans don’t cheat too! Advantage plans make money off of your Medicare dollar. Advantage plans limit you to contracts they have. No MD Anderson for you in most cases. No rehab facility for you. Nursing home SN.
Get rid of RN’s who work and sign orders as DON. Offered big money to signs orders. I would not give up my RN license to these crooks who make millions.No RN signature. No home health.
Advantage plans were started by CMS to prevent every mom and pop agency from submitting bills.
