ol baw is in such DENIAL and refuses to accept responsibility where he went wrong. Blaming the City Council for the impasse and why he can no longer do his job effectively. Then justifying his resignation due to his health issues. Ol' Boudreaux ain't ever wrong... The investigation summary definitely needs to be made public with nothing hidden from the voters.

Dude fought the law, and the law won Boudreaux resigned before he was fixing to get fired. The recent amended Petition for Investigation was filed on 8/3/23 and reality was fixing to set in: Unsafe Workplace (sched II narcotics found in the Police Dept. with video evidence to back it up), Witness Intimidation, and Exposing the City of Youngsville for civil liability.
