And yes, that guy in the OP wouldn't be doing that if this was still a male dominated and male run society. Women allow things like this to go on because they're naturally high in the agreeableness trait. They don't want to hurt its feelings so they legitimize this freak and let him believe that what he's doing is normal and should be celebrated.
There's a reason why most men are not in favor of this and the ones that think this behavior is ok are 95% women.
