Season up a piece of fish, dunk it in seasoned batter or flour, deep fry it in the same grease you’re frying shrimp, oysters, pickles, and fries in, then season it with salt fresh out of the grease you’ll have no idea what species it is.

Can’t believe word didn’t get out sooner. Local suppliers had to know if they weren’t buying Gulf fish from anybody on the coast.

Never heard of the place. Wonder how they came up to that fine amount. Is that a calculation on how much fish they sold during that time period?
