Actually about a half mile up Tulane Ave and 2 blocks back. It's insignificant. People wasting each other in NO East and the 9th Ward

Charity never had a bunch of cameras pointing at where the bodies were dropped off (if they did, the cameras were not working and the police never said they traced a body by the car that dropped it off.)
That big new hospital hasn't become the where-to-go-to. The carjack child wasn't dropped at that good safe hospital, but on an interstate. I expect back in the day, a quick drive by Charity would have happened.
Heck, charity had been there so long and was so trusted that it wasn't a pejorative.
