We've bypassed the final pothole on the road to Wrestlemania... and now we're firmly on the path to Raymond James Stadium's giant pirate ship

and quite honestly... for as terrible as the card for last night's Elimination Chamber show was... the matches were mostly entertaining and some solid storylines were set-up or furthered last night... 4 I can think of right off the top of my head

1) Gulak does know holes in Daniel Bryan's game and can exploit them

2) Otis Dozovic is mega-over as a face and everyone wants to see him finally get his hands on Dolph... plus we want to know who sent those text messages which made Otis run late to his Valentine's date with Mandy

3) Sami Zayn being the annoying fly that somehow keeps surviving close encounters with Braun Strowman... now we should all want to see Strowman catch said fly and crush him into a bloody pulp

4) main roster fans who don't watch NXT should now see Shayna Baszler as a monster heel who very much is a viable challenger to Becky Lynch. Yes I wish Asuka and Baszler had gotten more time to just brawl with each other in the Chamber last night... but Heyman's booking decision is "get Baszler over as a monster heel by any means necessary"... and while it may not have been perfect (the length of time Baszler was alone in the ring before Morgan & Asuka were released from the pods did get tedious at times)... it did the job

As you can obviously tell... my baseball game tonight (the Baptists of Pinville vs. Shreveport's Gentlemanly Gents) got rained out and they're going to try to play it tomorrow (lol good luck... tomorrow's forecast here isn't any better than today's was)... I got the chance to tally FWL and the King of FWL is back on his throne heading into the final show of this year... and that of course is me

Raw tonight is in the building where the 1st ever AEW Dynamite episode was held... the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.

The Rated R SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPERSTAR is back on Raw tonight as Edge makes his 1st appearance since the attack by his former Raked RKO tag team partner Randy Orton... who also went on to RKO Edge's wife, Beth Phoenix, just last week

more high-flying old messican vs. young messican violence as Rey Mysterio, Jr. takes on Angel Garza

Drew McIntyre faces... someone... tonight as he warms up for his WWE Championship match at Wrestlemania

Will Shayna Baszler make the 1st strike against Becky Lynch... or will Lynch bite back from the savage attack of several weeks ago by Baszler now that the 'Mania match between the 2 is confirmed

That and more tonight on Raw

Yeah for the most part it was a pretty entertaining show. I know that’s an unpopular opinion these days. Lol.

After reflection I agree is was good

I should have had the damn good sense to see that Strowman and AJ were losing.

I like the fact that I not only called AJ losing... but exactly how AJ would lose at like 10 AM yesterday

and NO ONE foresaw Braun losing... esp. in FWL where everyone got that match wrong

1 of the wrestling YouTubers I watch fantasy booked Aleister Black hitting Black Mass on Undertaker tonight and making that match at 'Mania a triple threat (Styles vs. Undertaker vs. Black)

and quite honestly I could go for it

Still can’t believe they fed Undertaker’s streak to Brock’s ego.

RT3, if no one steps up to take over for you as FWL commish in the next week or so, I’ll take up the mantle. I have some ideas that I think will spruce it up.

In short....no

Maybe is AEW can get to the 3 mil area in viewership and can start getting major sponsorship money then maybe....but until then the WWE shareholders aren't gonna have it.

Contrary to popular belief, he isn’t coming back to avenge Beth but rather because he heard Gangrel was getting some threatening phone calls from a St. Louis area code. The poor vampire answered it thinking it was someone wanting to help him acquire a new extended warranty for his ‘01 Lexus.

I’m really regretting cashing in my tMNTR Trivia Money in the Bank Briefcase when I did. With all the focus on the FWL now could totally be my time to strike.

Aleister Black is way too small for Vince to let him be a top guy. Taker doesn't wrestle too many guys even AJ's size.
