Prolly just depends on where they are going with each of them going forward
Honestly given that they hinted at Punk challenging for the title and it being WWE (meaning faces usually win feuds) I'd lean towards Punk

It will be a crap match though for HIAC… no blood= shitty match of that magnitude. WWE could take a lesson from AEW about how to do a cage match.

WWE ppv matches are usually good. The tv matches are basically just going through the motions but they seem to put in some effort on ppv.
