Randy Orton is excellent at what he does. probably the overall and all around best WWE has had for a very long time now.

That is the best promo I've seen since Punk's Pipebomb. Randy carried 99.99999% of that. You're an idiot if you watch NXT and thought Beth could cut a good promo.
At this point Vince just needs to officially give Paul RAW, HHH full creative authority over NXT talent, and stick to the "A" show (actively developing RD to eventually be entrusted with creative when the others aren't available.)
And FWIW how great would it be if that Lita chant got Paul's mind running right towards having her in Randy's corner? They still have 4 shows to work her into the storyline. Hell go full on intergender tag match if Edge can't go 100%.
