WWE Friday Night Smackdown Thread: Gettin' the Swamp Boots Ready Edition

WWE may be trying to do something funny with Summerslam, since it's now confirmed that a second of WWE's Big 4 PPVs will have to be held in the PC without a crowd... by potentially spreading it out over 2 Sundays.
It was reported that WWE is looking to have a show on August 30th, the Sunday after Summerslam (obviously, Aug. 23)... which could be 1 of 2 shows. Either a 2nd Sunday of Summerslam or bring back the all-women's PPV, Evolution.
And speaking of Summerslam... one of its main events may have been leaked... but I won't post it here b/c if that leak is true then it certainly would give up the result of 1 of the top matches coming up at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules (although it's probably a result we'll all get right in our picks anyway I assume)
The speculation of the Undisputed Era's future is ramping up since Adam Cole lost the NXT Championship on Wednesday night. Notably, will they show up on the main roster. There is talk of bringing UDE up to the main roster... but apparently the whole group may not be wanting to go up. Reports say not everyone in UDE wants to go up to the main roster, but rather like it in NXT. There is hope of bringing up the group to the main roster soon, but it may not be all 4 members.
Now for tonight's Smackdown preview from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Fla.
The Smackdown Tag Team Championship will be on the line tonight as New Day defends against the Swiss & Sushi Rolls of Cesaro & Shinsuke Nakamura
There will be more fireworks between the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions of Bayley & Sasha Banks and the Best Friends of Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross... hopefully which involves some scissoring
The Miz has some questions about Jeff Hardy smashing a lil bit of the bubbly over the head of a poor bartender last week... so he's invited Jeff onto Miz TV
And in the best segment of the evening... WWE will replay the Bray Wyatt/Braun Strowman match from the Climb the Corporate Ladder Match to get Money in the Bank PPV

Somewhere near the end, their party decided to pee a monster to death.
You would have thought Carmella was there, but she wasn’t.
It was a pretty good session, though. The Goddess seemed to be the newest one to the game, but she did alright. Lots of funny moments.

I’ve got frick all to do with my Sundays, so yeah I’m all in.
