Most service employees would be better off just getting a highly subsidized OCare policy than paying out the arse for employer provided insurance.

A lot of employer provided plans have gone to this high deductible bullshite that still costs a shite ton every pay day but dramatically increases out-of-pocket expenses for prescriptions, doctor visits, and most other medical charges. Why in the frick would I want anyone else to be forced to go that route rather than OCare?

All that said, in some states where Medicaid wasn't expanded, even a waitress may not qualify for a subsidized plan.
