Get two of them if there is a chance of going over on the mileage. $160 a month for one car is a fantastic deal. For two it is unbelievable.

In context, I would assume he meant 20 miles total per day.
Otherwise, he's immediately over.

What is the overage rate for miles? Check into this, because you're going to need to.
How much is the dealer acquisition fee?
What is the money factor rate?
Need to check into the overage rate. Not sure how much it is. The drive off fee I have been told will be in the $2200-2500 range (I am assuming it includes tax, dealer acquisition fee, registration and other fee they tack on).
I haven't done any calculation on the money factor. We don't plan to keep the car beyond 3 years and have no plans to purchase it at the end of lease. So the residual value is of no consequence to us. I am looking at it as $2500 (initial fee) + $79*36 = $5344 as our cost to drive the car over 3 years.
Having said that, we might go with $10,00 miles per year makes the monthly payment go up to $94 per month.
Somebody asked pics of the car. Here you go:

will allow us to drive in the HOV lane (will save wife about 30 minutes of driving time everday)

She has a 20 mile round trip commute
So driving in the HOV lane will save 30 minutes of drive time versus not being in the HOV, and her round trip is only 20 miles?!?! Jesus Christ....

She has a 10 mile drive one way. Each way takes between 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. That's Bay Area traffic for you.

Yeah, I'd leave earlier for work. One reason I don't mind being at work early is not having to fight the frickwads during rush hour.

An Ethiopian can run that far in about 20 minutes longer, buy one of those.
