One of my buddies in Tulsa brought his camping in AR and rolled it down the side of a mountain.

He then drove it back to Tulsa with roof crushed, sides crumpled, and frame twisted so that it looked like he was driving diagonally.

Insurance totalled it on sight. He went with a Chevy 4x4 next.

The Jeeps and Toyota’s used to tip pretty easily in those day’s. Even some pickups.

Some high school friends of mine rolled a late 80s Chevy work truck in a pasture. They got it back upright with a tractor and decided to keep driving the truck for a few more months. The right hand door and tailgate didn’t open anymore, but it ran. I guess their parents were not keen on buying him something newer after that.

I’m amazed they didn’t get hurt.

If that happened in a modern vehicle, the air bags would all deploy and 911 would probably be summoned automatically.
