I have quite a few times. I use Cargurus normally to find the best deals. I flew and drove it back but a couple times had it shipped. A few hundred bucks depending how far. Get legit pics and make sure they had it serviced. You can get copies from any dealership mailed to you.

Mother bought a used infiniti with low miles and swears by it.
You can get a 2019 Ford F150 XLT base model for under 30k. Program cars <3k miles for closer to 25k.
I'm skittish of buying a lemon so not sure I could ever do it.
