Nope. I've been fat before and it isn't worth the money.

Yeah, not the case here. According to the Army I should weigh 179. I haven’t seen that since before basic training.

Almost certainly. How often do you lift and what's your body fat percentage?

Not saying I couldn’t be better but to answer your question, 18% and Monday through Friday.

Yep, the Army standards are irrelevant.

I am very skeptical that you are 18% body fat at at 235 lbs unless you are about 6'7.

Ill pay for you to get a dexa scan to prove it

Did height and weight 2 months ago. No where near 6’7”

Haven’t heard of that one. Hydrostatic weighing is what I would choose. Probably would be higher do to the ridiculous taping standards. Lile I said, I could definitely be better.

But to anyone who says I am morbidly obese,

Standards must have changed. I graduated basic in ‘92.

Yep, 197 now.

Whats your height? If you aren't 6'2 and can squat 3 wheels for reps I would bet money you're approaching it

I'm looking at the standards for my age now. Not when I was in basic (although it's also pretty generous).

So you're 5'8 235?

Question was late. 5'11 235 would still put you in rare air if you're healthy at that wieght. Not denying you, just saying.

5'11 235 in your 40s or early 50s. You are almost certainly nearing obesity.

Unless, of course, you look like Patrick Willis in his prom who was 6'1 240

Well hell, if you are saying it it must be true, lol

If you ever saw me you would eat your words but I digress.

You’ll learn one day.
