The current Plant Manager at the Valero St. Charles Refinery. He's totally destroyed the culture of the site. For someone at his level, he's as petty as a High School school girl. People are quitting or retiring that never would have prior to his tenure.

My principal at my last school.
She almost torpedoed my career with her own incompetence. She gave me horrible reviews and wouldn’t accept my data for student performance tests. So she just pulled some of her own out of thin air. She was an absolute disaster. When I got a job at a high school in Bossier Parish and left Shreveport, there were angels singing.

A micromanager who feared I would take her job because I was more educated and could do her job better than her. She’s still there in the same position having never been promoted and I’m long gone. I actually feel bad for her now.
