I thought the same thing, but if you look closer, there are two girls on the ground, so I think the girl in the white pants was trying to break up the fight, pulled one girl away, they both fell, and then they both got involved again.
I am surprised that these type of things do not happen more often, but I am not surprised that being that it was women involved, no charges were filed by the FBI. I honestly would expect a series of on flight fights to happen soon after this one.
