And you perceived wrong, so you killed him for no reason. Because you perceived he had a gun, and killed him, when he did not have a gun.
Are you understanding how reacting without justifiable evidence works now?

Doesn't matter if he did or didn't if it's perceived and a reasonable assumption.

This is why cops should carry burner guns so they can drop them on people so that you criminal lovers will stop protesting. The dude looked like he had a gun and acted like he had a gun. He probably dropped it because he was high on pcp

And he did get killed for a good reason he was breaking into people's cars

Again...moot point. As set forth by the courts, if their perception is reasonable at the time then it is justified.
Hind Sight is not considered and evidence beforehand is not required.
It would be impossible to require justifiable evidence before hand without forcing officers to wait for the bad guy to shoot first.

Shooting while he is face first on the concrete and not going to get medical attention until he responds... when he was dead.
The dude should have been arrested, yes, he’s a piece of shite, yes.
Those cops had no business shooting him at all, especially firing 20 shots. There was no gun. He started firing so quickly, he didn’t even give the man a chance to prove he didn’t have a gun.
Cop literally saw him and started shooting.
Don’t give me that bullshite that he was breaking into cars so he should have been killed. That’s stupid, and we would have cops killing thousands every day.
They had no excuse to fire on him.

Think how much better America would be if the cops got to fix the criminal problem and sjws like you never got the chance to sky scream for them

Would he still be alive if he wasn’t stealing from other people?

Also, by limiting cops ability to defend themselves based on their perceptions you would also limit your own ability to defend yourself based on your perceptions.

Haha SJW... I’m far from it. There are two or three police shooting I thought were not justified.
This is one of them.
This is one of them.

The cops shot 20 rounds at an unarmed man lmao. Any way you spin it, it was stupid. A cop should NEVER shoot unless they are in danger. 20 times.... wtf
Any way I spin it? You are the one who called him a kid. Now you admit he was a man. I didn’t even say anything about the actual shooting.
You’re not very bright.

Alton Sterling was shot three times in the chest, then sat back up and went for his weapon again. You shoot until the thread is completely neutralized.
Cops are not trained medics, they are to wait for the professionals.
All of this looks like a good shoot that was all done according to their training. Although it's still very possible this shitbag DA tries to throw them under the bus to appease the ghetto trash blocking roads.

Lol so you’re pointing out that I called him a kid then a man, as if that actually matters...
It’s a human being.
It’s a human being.

Alton Sterling is a completely different case, and I agree that the cops were justified in that shooting.

Humans don't break into cars
