700 acres in Gunnison, CO is the equivalent of 7000 acres in the south or Texas.

Lots of woods in Gunnison County.
Side note: the Walmart and the McDonald's across the street from it are the nicest of each I've ever frequented. We "camped" in the WM parking lot one summer in our truck camper. It was a veritable mountain resort.
Word-play attempt: if you murder your brother over the family ranch in Gunnison County, telluride.

Eta: scratch all of that, I was thinking of the Walmart/McD in Montrose. I'm not even drunk or Rocky Mountain High yet.
