probably BP, when you sit up, have a bottle of water sitting by your bed and drink.

Google BPPV. See if those symptoms match yours. Some PTs fix this. I am one who does. Located in Opelousas.

See your doctor. In the meantime make slow position changes: before you get out of bed, sit with your legs dangling off side of bed for about 15 seconds. If you have to bend down for any reason, slowly return to a standing position (key here is slowly). If you are in a recliner, sit in normal position with legs down for about 15 seconds before standing. If the dizziness is related to low BP they will help (these are things patients are taught). Most important, see your doctors hope you are better.

There is a virus going around now that is doing this.
Should get better in two or three days.
Check BP to be sure. Might be too low. Blood pooling in legs when you are seated or laying down.
Be careful you don't stumble and fall or back out when standing from seated position, getting out of bed, leaning over.
If still happening tomorrow, go see someone.

Slowly rise out of bed don't just jump up. Could be orthostatic hypotension
