Got out of bed and my head was spinning. Had to sit down before I fell down. It passed in seconds though and doesn't happen during the day.
What am I about to die of?

Stop drinking.

I've got good news and I've got bad news.
Good news is you've got three months to live.
Bad news is I forgot to to tell you a couple of months ago.

Inner or middle ear. Is your hearing affected? Could be fluid behind your eardrum. That can be irritating as hell.

My hearing is fine but I am always congested with sinus problems.

Could literally be thousands of things. Some things to rule out:
Arrythmia
dehydration

Thyroid
Low BP

No.. I'm leaning towards dehydration and fluid in the ear. I know how t o hydrate so how do I remove fluid from my ear?
