He removed all four of mine about 2 years ago. Wasn't the cheapest but he came highly recommended and he also will work with you on the price if you're a poor cheap arse (like me).

I'm in Houston. So names are pointless.
I do suggest you pony up and pay for the nitrous. Unless it's full sedation procedure.

Would absolutely NOT go to him! I made that mistake 4 years ago. He left tooth fragments in the socked. A month later he did revision to remove them and left me with permanent numbness to my right lower jaw.
