It's possible to time travel and a black hole would be the easiest way to do it. When you orbit (or stay on) a massive object with a large gravitational field, time slows down relative to those on or near a less massive object.

Same goes for speed as you approach the speed of light. If you were able to board a ship and travel 5 years out at 80% the speed of light and 5 years back at 80% the speed of light, you'd come back to an earth that is not 10 but 30 years in the future.

It's a portal to another dimension. What we can detect as dark matter is actually the remnants of black holes from the other side.
