Will TOPS be fully funded or not?

Who is "in the know".
Ive got two in college this fall and just wondering how much further in debt i will be?

A veteran state senator who is a key member of the finance committee "guaranteed" that it would be fully funded when I spoke with him during the last week of the reg. session.

It will most likely be fully funded for next year, but all bets are off after that.
They need to raise the requirements and allow fewer people to get tops.

Fully Funded is such an ambiguous phrase. Kind of tricky too. It all depends on what they change the rules to. If they decide to fund up to 50% of tuition for an AP kid with a 4.5, and do so, then it is fully funded.

They have been playing tuition games forever and this is all just a measure to stop it.

TOPS hasn't released any info to the school officially; however, we have heard they will fund it for Fall. After that, all bets are off.
