So nothing was said all that time by the 4 people seen in that screenshot who were working around it? My issue is that if no one is prosecuted for this than the whole thing was just for publicity by the driver, Richard Petty Racing and Nascar.

Somebody there should have recognized this long before it got so blown out of proportion.

Maybe it’s my white privilege or the fact that I don’t look for something wrong in everything, but a noose would be the last thing I’d see in the pic of the garage pull.
