While I agree that my math is bad, the model is from Rick's Pancake House. Betsy woked at Rick's which was across Canal St from where Betsy is now.
The problem is not the model. It is crime. If we can't recognize that we will not be able to address it. Most of the businesses closing or moving out are not leaving because of their business model. There must be another reason.
