I have a friend that got a boob job several years back. Several months in advance of the surgery she started wearing thick padded bras and heaver/ thicker tops. Her reasoning was that she wanted coworkers to get accustomed to what appeared to be bigger breasts so that when she actually took time off work to get the surgery no one would be able to tell the difference when she came back or ever suspect that was why she missed work... Boggles my mind how much planning and effort she put into it and how she implemented her plan months in advance just so people wouldn't know she had a tit job.

Most women get it because they feel personally insecure about their appearance and they want to feel more confident. Not because they want to show it off.

I would think that most girls who get their boobs done aren't necessarily embarrassed, but it's also not the same as announcing you're pregnant, engaged, etc. You don't go on Pinterest looking for some cute picture or make a chalkboard sign to tell facebook you're getting new tits.

This is 100% bullshite. They love to show it off and they feed off the compliments. It's totally screwed up.
You can't walk up and say nice tits if she has them hanging out, but you can tell her that shirt looks good on her. You will both know that you're telling her the shirt looks good because it accentuates her knockers,not because you give a flying frick about the shirt.
Women are sly and they need attention like we need boobs.
They want the enhancements to be noticed, but not directly acknowledged. Insecurity may play a part, but that's typically a result of mental instability.
Cliffs, they do it because they are crazy.
