Why no numbers given regarding icu beds filled/vents being used?

I've asked and no one can/will tell me. It's not a hippa violation -- it's information.

All I have heard is that as of yesterday there was 80% availability on ventilators in the state
No idea how many ventilators that is or where in the state they are
