It really is filled with wannabe posers.

Dallas is like that one ugly girl that hung out with the popular girls because her family had money.

The people who talk about money like you either just got it or never had it or both.

You sound like new money.

I thought my parents bought my house, which would indicate not new money.

Which is it? I need to know which story to file you idiots up with

How is the chip plant in Sherman coming along?

I’d imagine that will be a huge growth area?

Jasmine Crockett represents much of south Dallas. You do the math.

All big cities suck imo. Ideally I'd live in a town with about 20k people.
I'm legitimately looking at properties in rural Nebraska. Tiny towns where there isn't even a grocery store or local government. I want to go out to the middle of nowhere and be left the hell alone. Valentine is high on my list - 2 hours to the nearest Walmart.

Already touched upon…demographics and corporate HQ up north of I-30. Even places that are genuine farm country like Argyle, Ponder or Northlake are exploding with growth.

Wife and I currently live in Frisco and we went up to Celina this morning to look at the new houses they are building up there. We were shocked at how many subdivisions were being developed in north Celina. It looks like Frisco 20 years ago. I won’t be surprised if Celina has 100k people by 2030.
The problem is the roads and infrastructure are not ready for the influx of people. Preston is already congested, the toll road doesn’t reach the northern part of town yet and most of the east- west streets are still 2 lanes.
It will be interested to see how this affects home prices in Frisco, McKinney, Allen in the next few years.
