But it doesn’t though, at least no more than alcohol affects you at work the next day

Substantially less. A killer hangover is more than anything smoking weed the night before could ever do

People that have never smoked a joint in their life have days with those "symptoms".

I guess it's just a coincidence then.

forces private companies and businesses to have to drug test for it, otherwise lawsuits out the arse.

It's amazing how many times I would have to test a guy post accident and they would pop for drugs. They would all claim it was weed. Companies I work for don't test for it now, but they don't condone it either. In almost every on-site accident, they have something in their system..

Because it can not be monetized and taxed. If truly legal everyone would have some growing in their back yard. How do you tax that?

You should start your own business, and hire nothing but pot heads. Maybe then you’ll see why most employers weed out these applicants.

I bet if I started a business, and hired all my pothead friends from college, who are very successful and are still stoners, we’d make a killing.

Republicans make money putting people in jail for weed.
Democrats make money getting people out of jail for weed.

Addiction to unhealthy food is the #1 problem. Substance abuse isn’t even close. We spend more on insulin for fat baws then we spend on schools, roads, and law enforcement.
