There wasn't a more overpriced, overrated pizza than Rotolo's when I was in school. Would just split a 5/5/5 deal with my roommates and get a decent pizza at a fraction of the cost.

The Marco's by my house has a deal right now which gets you two 3-topping medium pizzas for $15.99.
