If you walk into a Christian church with an anti-Christian shirt, you might get approached about it. Wear an anti-Mohamad shirt to a mosque and you'll be physically attacked. Muslims riot over doodles in a newspaper. I'm an atheist but it's idiotic to compare Christianity to Islam. Islam is 600 years behind Christianity I suppose.

What do you stand for? What would you do if someone made a mockery of that? Is violence the answer; not likely. However, it has been used by man since the dawn of time.
Obama made a comment about extremism being born out of poverty and weakness. While I know it is popular to bash the president, I actually understand what he is trying to say. The majority of these extremists aren't coming out of Switzerland and Sweden, they are coming out of war torn 3rd world countries. They use manipulation and control to push their ideals. People that are scared, hungry, and tired will do damn near anything to remove themselves from that.

We've already seen what happened when a bunch of motorcyclist 'Necks set up a muhammad drawing contest right outside a mosque. You know what? There was no violence and some of them even went home thinking a little differently that day about the people they were mocking.
You just assume the worst based on what you hear the media constantly blasting. Of course it's bad in countries dominated by sharia law. But those countries are also so far behind us in a human rights standpoint it's stupid. And a TON of it is the fault of the other Abrahamic religion.

Not my point. I have said that many Muslims (particularly in the 70s and 80s) came to America to escape persecution. So long as they're able to come to America, obey our rules, treat others outside of their beliefs and sex well, and don't attempt to use the process against itself by making our country back into their cess pool, then I don't really give a shite. That said, any Muslim who applies for a visa or citizenship should go though a more rigorous background check than say a normal guy who grew up in the UK.
My point is the Islamic World at large, and the stats are highly disturbing when you read about them. No one has brought up any of the concrete numbers or facts I have provided.
