Half their fans are from outside the South/Texas/USA, so I'm not sure what that tells us.

CFB, believe it or not, does have some aspects aside from simply attending a spectator sport. Even sidewalk fans will often make CFB saturdays about family/fellowship/whatever in a way that is just a lot less common for pro sports.

SEC schools in particular tend to encourage male students to stop doing things that are commonly perceived as trashy - dressing like shite, piercings, tattoos, driving stupid cars, listening to shitty music, etc. So it makes some sense the men who come out of and support those schools would behave a little better, at least at the outset. I'm not saying they can't be douchebags, but at first appearances they probably seem more respectable than the average NFL fan.
