So instead of being charged with first degree murder, you'll be charged with 2nd degree murder. You'll still get life with no parole in LA for 2nd degree. The only caveat is the death penalty would be off the table. Thugs, don't seem to grasp this fairly easy concept that robbing and killing a cabbie over $20 is beyond stupid.

I took a cab last weekend in NOLA. This was my Taxi driver. I wasn't too worried.
