Was it the Trump administration forcing people out of work, closing churches, shuttering schools, closing public parks, or mandating medical choices?

Yes. Trump was President in 2020... the shutdown started at the end of February 2020. That was 11 months of the Trump administration being responsible for the shutdowns, which caused all of the things you're naming... or are you saying all of those things only happened after Biden was inaugurated in January 2021?

We know the Amish community does not vaccinate, why didn’t they get wiped out by Covid?

Because they are healthy and not obese.

No, he only agreed to the 14 day stop the spread in March. After that he left it up to the states. That's why Florida opened back up by summer, and California waited longer. South Dakota pretty much never shut down at all. Joe Biden told America he was growing impatient with us because not enough people were getting vaccinated. He pushed vaccine requirements for workers, while allowing millions of illegals to cross the border with no vaccination requirement. Jack Dorsey still owned Twitter at the time, and he worked hand in hand to suppress any information not approved by the Biden admin, same with Mark Zuckerberg. Biden pushed masks, social distancing, mandatory vax. Trump may not have handled it the way you wanted, but he didn't order long term shutdowns as you stated.
